1. Photo ethics should be situational because if the photo is for comedic purposes then i can be doctored up a bit
2.Yes, before the photo is doctored it has the true image.
3.To flatter the subject i might erase a zit or a mark on the face to smooth out the persons appearence.
4.The news shows its photos to the mass public so it should have a set of standards that must be adhered to for them to show it.
